We are a British-Singaporean couple looking for a housemate for our beautiful apartment located 6km from the centre near Kallang MRT. Flexible on length of stay but ideally long-term.
- Located 6-7 mins walk from Kallang MRT, which is 3 stops away from City Hall, 4 stops from Raffles Place
- Fully furnished air-conditioned common bedroom with queen-size bed, wardrobe, writing desk and chair.
- Newly renovated just one year ago.
- Private bathroom. This is the common bathroom which we do not use as we have our own.
- Comfy sofa with HD TV in living room.
- Maid cleaning service at least twice a month.
- Ultra high-speed wifi, 1GB/second.
- Shared washing machine (new) with 9kg load. You have your own hanging rack for laundry.
- Light cooking allowed with private storage space in the kitchen for your own foodstuff.
- $1,100 a month, including utilities, to be paid at the beginning of each month.
Our ideal housemate should:
- Be a working professional, expat or Singaporean welcome.
- Enjoy living in a clean and relaxed environment and want to help to keep it that way.
- Be okay with light cooking. Enjoy having a chat and an occasional drink with us.
- Be fine with dogs as our Maltese-PSingaporelisted stays over some weekends ( but is not around on weekdays).
About us:
- We are a Chinese Singaporean (her) and white British couple (him) in our early 30s and enjoy sport, dinners and drinks.
- We speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.
- We are fairly easy-going but like to keep the house clean and want our housemate to treat the house as we do: a place to relax in comfort away from the stresses of work and the big city.
